Hello!

Time flies and it’s time for a new challenge over at Addicted to CAS! This time it’s all about distress and our hostess is the founder of Addicted to CAS,  Kylie! She is truly talented and make amazing cards and above that she is such a sweet person!

Hello die from Mama Elephant, bg created with distress ink and a stencil. For more information, check out my blog, www.hartybyheart.com

Our guest designer this month is Ellen, don’t forget to check out her blog and be amazed by her cards!

The sponsor for this challenge is Uniko Studio and the price is a£15 E-Gift Certificate to use on their website! Yay!uniko-logo

Over to my card, I used a stencil and two colors of distress ink to create the background, I cut out the Hello with a die and stamped the sentiment twice. I first stamped it with black ink, then I stamped it slightly offset with the same color distress ink as I used for the background to create a shadow effect. I ahered the fron panel on some black cardstock, and put everything on a standard size top fold card and then the card was done! Now it’s your turn to play! 🙂

I LOVE the blue background and the hello just pops off the page. I love how you tied it in with the sentiment. Perfect! xx
