Happy birthday card!

Hi!

A blog named Hero have a fun challenge and it is to create a card with “Bokhe effect” and I wanted to create something so I could enter. One of the background stamps and the feather is from Hero Arts. I stamped the sentiment on vellum to mute the background a little bit. I stamped with Hero Arts inks and normally they dry really fast and you can’t use embossing powder, but on vellum the ink stay wet for a long time so I used some glitter embossing powder from Ranger.

Take care!

Thanks Lucinde! šŸ™‚ My original idea didn’t include glitter, but when I saw that the ink didn’t dry on the vellum as fast as it does on paper, I quickly added some glitter and I agree, it makes the feather stand out more. šŸ™‚
