I’m back with another card and video for you today! I bought this die from Paper Smooches a couple of weeks ago and today I finally had the time to use it for the first time. I made a video of the process if you are interested.

    nice work, would you recommend keeping the weight low and the reps high on squats to achieve the same workout if you dont have a squat belt to help with heavier weights?

    That’s a good point, Cheryl. Generalizations can be a good place to start because they can save time and tsurris, and then attentiveness will determine what a client is seeking and how they like to seek it.I shall pay attention to how this works in the CPA field and take the opportunity to be attentive.
